Why have you come to earth?

Have you heard the song Love, Serve & Remember by John Astin? The words—
Why you have you come to earth?
Do you remember?
Why have you taken birth?
Why have you come?
To love, to serve, and remember…
—are humming through my body. It’s these words, these questions, this song that has brought me here.
Something ancient stirs awake—a memory not of the mind, but of the heart. These words are a compass, pointing back to what matters most.
In moments like these, life pauses just long enough for the heart to speak. Beneath all the uncertainty, there is a simple, timeless call—to love deeply, serve generously, and remember who we truly are. In that remembering, joy rises like sunlight breaking through the clouds. Perhaps we have not come to find anything new, rather to awaken to what has always lived within us.
When was the last time you felt your heart whisper, reminding you why you came to earth?
What helps you remember who you truly are beneath the doing?
If your life paused for a moment right now, what truth would your inner voice speak?
In a world that moves so rapidly at times, it’s easy to forget the simplicity of why we came. Yet in unexpected moments—through a song, a sunrise, a breath—we are called back to that deeper knowing.
To love. To serve. To remember.
